His career has spanned textile manufacturing, power generation, and automotive, underscoring his versatility and adaptability.

Currently, Neeraj is Vice-President, Enterprise Technology at Gildan, a leading apparel manufacturer renowned for its high-quality, sustainable, and ethically produced clothing. Gildan is one of the world's largest vertically integrated manufacturers of apparel, with approximately 45,000 employees in 12 different countries. At Gildan, Neeraj leads enterprise technology innovation and digital transformation in global large-scale and complex manufacturing operations, supporting more than 45,000 employees.

He is a fervent advocate for diversity and women's participation in science, technology, engineering and math fields, embodying a commitment to equality and inclusion. He is passionate about student mentorship and encouraging students to learn and embrace the ever-changing technology field.

Neeraj holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Toronto.
