Board Meetings
The Board of Governors generally meets 4 times a year. The Board is committed to conducting meetings in a manner that is open and transparent, while at the same time balancing its responsibility and accountability for effective deliberation and decision-making. The Board conducts three types of meetings as part of its regular administration:
• Public
• Non-Public
• In Camera
