Description |
Consists of written documentation and evidence supporting investigations of academic misconduct. Includes communication with students, re-evaluated work, and any other documentation generated by Course Instructors, Deans, or the academic integrity committee. These case files may become the basis for Academic Appeals. Results of investigation of academic misconduct and academic appeals are sent to the Registrar’s Office for retention in the student’s official file. See: STU-1100 Academic Misconduct: Decisions |
